Using the Services

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services or purchase our products. By using our Services, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account, placing an order, or contacting us. You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Products

Pure Habit products are dietary supplements regulated under DSHEA. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Consult a physician before using our products if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Our products are not suitable for individuals under 18.

All product descriptions, dosage information, and ingredient lists are provided for educational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free.

Orders & payment

When you place an order, you’re making an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline your order for any reason. If we decline, we’ll refund any payment in full.

Prices are in US dollars and exclusive of applicable taxes. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Payment is processed by our third-party payment processor. We never store your full credit card information.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders renew automatically at the frequency you select. You can modify, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard.

If you cancel a subscription, the cancellation takes effect after your current billing period. You won’t be charged for the next cycle.

Shipping & returns

We currently ship to US addresses only. Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.

Our 60-day money-back guarantee applies to one purchase per customer. If you’re not satisfied within 60 days, return any remaining product for a full refund. Email orders@purehabit.fit to initiate a return.

Intellectual property

All content on our Services — including text, logos, designs, and product information — is owned by Pure Habit or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pure Habit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services or products.

Our total liability for any claim related to our Services or products is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top reflects the most recent update. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
