Shipping

Where we ship: Currently US addresses only. Canada and UK launch is planned for Q4 2026.

Free shipping: Orders $25 or more ship free via standard delivery.

Standard shipping: $4.99 for orders under $25. Arrives in 3-5 business days.

Expedited shipping: $9.99 — arrives in 2 business days. Order by 2pm PT for same-day processing.

Processing time: Orders placed before 2pm PT ship the same business day. Orders placed after ship the next business day.

Subscription orders:Ship automatically at your chosen frequency. You’ll receive an email 48 hours before each order ships, in case you need to skip, swap, or update.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed within 24 hours of order placement. Tracking updates within 24-48 hours of shipment.

Returns

60-day money-back guarantee. Try any PURE. product. If you don’t notice a difference within 60 days, send back whatever’s left and we’ll refund you in full.

How to return:

  1. Email orders@purehabit.fit with your order number.
  2. We’ll email you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
  3. Ship the remaining product back.
  4. Refund issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receipt.

Limits: One refund per customer. The guarantee covers product cost only — not shipping (unless the product was damaged in transit, in which case we cover everything).

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, email orders@purehabit.fit with a photo within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or full refund — your choice — at no cost to you.

Address changes

Once an order ships, we can’t change the delivery address. If you need to redirect a package, contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

For subscription orders, you can update your shipping address from your account dashboard up to 48 hours before the next shipment.
