What this brand believes
Every milligram on the panel. Every supplier on the page. If we won’t say it out loud, we don’t put it in the can.
No miracle promises. No “megadose” marketing. A clean stack you can take every day, designed to compound over weeks, not minutes.
The dose is the brand. We don’t hide weak formulas behind packaging. The product justifies the can; the can doesn’t justify the product.
Using PURE.
Upper lip works best — better circulation, more even absorption. No chewing, no rolling around. Just sit it there and forget it.
Active compounds absorb sublingually and through the buccal mucosa. By the 20-minute mark you’ll feel the L-theanine; by 25 the caffeine is fully on.
The top of the can is the trash. Used pouches go back in the lid, lid clicks shut, no mess, no sticky pocket. Empty when you’re home.
Per pouch · 15 pouches per can
Dose
50 mg
Same as half a coffee. The point isn’t the dose — it’s the pairing. At 50 mg, caffeine sits in the 1:2 ratio with L-theanine that the cognitive research consistently lands on. Two pouches brings you to the lower edge of clinical efficacy without crossing into jitter territory.
Dose
40 mg
We source L-theanine from a supplier whose material has been used in the major clinical studies (Haskell 2008, PMID 18006208). Cheaper L-theanine exists; it’s also not the one in the research.
Dose
20 mg
Choline precursor for acetylcholine — the neurotransmitter most involved in attention and working memory. The 20 mg dose is sub-clinical on its own; it’s here as a stack potentiator, not a hero ingredient.
Dose
500 mcg
The bioactive form — already methylated, so it doesn’t need to be converted in the liver. 500 mcg is a true sublingual clinical dose; most pouches use 1–5 mcg as panel decoration.
Dose
1.7 mg
Pyridoxal-5-phosphate, the active form. Cofactor for the enzymes that turn precursor amino acids into the neurotransmitters this stack is built around. Without it, the L-tyrosine pathway runs slow.

Where PURE. comes from
“No one could give me a straight answer. So I built one I could read.”
The first column of any nicotine pouch label looks the same: a percentage, a flavor, an extract. The second column is where the lying starts — "proprietary blend," "energy matrix," "focus complex." None of those are doses. None of those are answers.
We started by deleting every word the FDA didn’t require. What was left was the dose. So we built the brand around it: every ingredient by name, every milligram by number, every source by supplier. If we can’t put it on the label, it doesn’t go in the can.
The formulator we worked with had spent eight years inside a big-three supplement brand before quitting because she was tired of watching her own dosages get cut by 40% to hit shelf-price targets. She doesn’t cut ours.
The result is a product that isn’t about you peaking. It’s about you showing up the same way you did yesterday. A habit you can be proud of, not a buzz you have to apologize for.
A bad pouch, a Sunday afternoon, and a label that listed "Energy Blend (proprietary)" three times. Started reading the studies behind every ingredient pouch brands kept name-dropping.
Worked with a formulator who’d quit Big Supplement after eight years of watching dosages get cut to hit price points. First prototype tin lands in Bangkok.
Three SKUs, one system, every milligram listed. Soft launch to a small list of people who care about what they put under their lip.
How we back it up
Every batch goes to an independent ISO 17025 lab. Certificates of Analysis are published per batch number and linked from the cap.
Manufactured in an FDA-registered, cGMP-certified facility. Same standards as the supplements you buy at the pharmacy counter.
Premium-source ingredients. Real, traceable, not generic. Every supplier listed by name on the inside of the lid.
Try the first can for two months. If you don’t feel the difference — or don’t like the flavor — full refund, no questions about the empty can.
Beta program — Spring 2026
Here’s what they said. All of it — the praise, the criticism, the things we needed to hear. We’re a new brand and trust isn’t something we can fake. Read what real people said before deciding if PURE. is for you.
How the beta worked. Between April and May 2026, we sent free 3-can sample packs (one of each SKU) to 50 people who’d signed up to our waitlist. We asked one question after three weeks of use: “Tell us honestly — what worked, what didn’t, what would stop you from buying again?” 38 people responded with detailed feedback. We’re publishing the most representative ones below — including the unflattering. Email us at beta@purehabit.fit if you want to see the raw survey methodology.
“I went into this expecting another supplement-bro pouch. I've tried four other brands and they were all marketing dressed up as a product. PURE. is the first one where the panel on the back actually has numbers on it. The FOCUS hits in maybe 10 minutes and the come-down is smooth — no crash. Bought a full can the day my beta pack ran out.”

“I'm a registered dietitian and I sign off on what supplements get into our clinic's recommendation list. PURE. uses methylcobalamin instead of cyanocobalamin and P-5-P instead of pyridoxine HCl — these are the bioactive forms most brands skip because they cost more. The dosing is conservative but honest. I'd put this on our list.”

“Subscription customer now. FOCUS in the morning replaces my second coffee. CALM at 4pm replaces the doom scroll. I'm down to one coffee a day, sleeping better, no detectable downsides three weeks in. The transparent can looks cool but the formula is the actual reason I'm staying.”

“Mixed feelings. FOCUS works — felt it within 15 minutes, smoother than coffee. But the cucumber-mint in CALM is divisive; my wife loves it, I find it weirdly soapy. Going to keep buying FOCUS, leaving CALM. Wish there was a way to buy just one SKU at a discount instead of the 3-pack.”

“The marketing is honest, which I appreciate. They tell you upfront that the ashwagandha dose is sub-clinical and you'd need pills for the studied effect. That's refreshing in this category. That said — I bought CALM hoping for more from the adaptogen side and only got mild effect. They basically warned me, so I can't really be mad. But I'm not sure I'll rebuy CALM either.”

“Honest take: the pouch format isn't for me. The 20-minute commitment in your mouth feels long when you're not used to it, and I never adjusted. The formulas seem well-thought-out and a couple of my friends loved their packs — I'm just not a pouch person. Refund was processed in 3 days when I emailed support. Brand handled it well even though I bailed.”

We’re still listening
The beta gave us our first 50 honest opinions. We need more.
If you’re a customer — even if you’ve only used one pouch — we want to hear from you. The good, the mixed, the unflattering. The brutally specific (“this SKU made my mouth go numb”). The casually positive (“works as advertised, no notes”). It all helps us improve the formula, the packaging, the way we communicate.
Every review we publish from here forward will be tagged with the date it was written and the SKU it was about. You’ll see the brand evolve in real time. Including the parts where we got it wrong.
